Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 15-28 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

33miracles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 33miracles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
